Safety Measures For Workers/ Efficient Work
We provide basic facilities to our worker in order to boost their capabilities and to improve their efficiency in work. These facilities include activities relating to minimization of industrial fatigue, provision of safety measures like fencing and covering of machines, good layout of the plant and machinery, sufficient lighting conditions, provision of first aid appliances etc.
Provisions of such facilities are also obligatory in all industrial establishments all over the world.
Extra-mural Facilities
Worker Friendly Enviroment /In-Side and Out-Side
We offer facilities to the workers outside the factory to make them more comfortable in their daily life. These facilities include better housing accommodations, indoor and outdoor recreation sports, educational facilities for their children etc. The provision of these facilities is voluntary. We pay full attention to the provision of extra-mural facilities to the workers as these facilities are very important for the general welfare of the workers.
Statutory Facilities:
Tentionless Workers /More Efficient Work
Under this category, welfare facilities are provided according to the labor legislations passed by the Government. These facilities are provided to the employers in order to increase their abilities and to enhance their capacity of efficient work. Facilities which have to the workers e.g., healthy drinking water, Hygienic disposal facility. Less illness more attendance in factory more production attained.
Safe and Secure Environment for Ladies /Perfect for Work
In order to provide safe and secure environment for ladies workers, special facilities are provided so that they can work in secure surrounding. Ladies workers provided facilities like separate wash room, separate working area etc. We strictly focus on matter that ladies are never harassed by male worker or management. Special allowance transport facility also make easy to work.
Mutual Facilities
Healthy and Competitive Environment / Quality Work
These facilities which are usually outside the scope of the statutory facilities are also provided to staff and labor. We allow them for these activities that are made voluntarily by the workers themselves for their own interest. These workers are urged to work in groups so that they can support each other and can work team work. Healthy competition between workers made more quality in their work.
Incentives for Workers:
More allowance and Increments for Worker /Work hard
In order to urge workers to work hard to increase production of the factory we have announced special incentives for them. Special bounces are given on monthly and annual basis for those workers who make highest number of garments in specified time interval. Proper increment mechanism have been deployed in factory for progress of well deserve workers.
